By spring transfer mechanism, ATS canbe totally and properly transferred. There will be NO unattached place in any situation.The bypass change is installed in parallel with the principle ATS. When ATS inspection is needed, electricity is equipped, and the principle ATS is withdrawn through the bypass change so that electrical power is continuously
